Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in home health, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to follow individualized care plans
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
