Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license (required)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document client conditions
- Educate clients and families on health management
- Supervise and support CNAs, HHAs, and LPNs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
